Tools to Tackle Workforce Development

Workforce Development is a topic being discussed in companies and organizations all across our state and North America. Whether it’s in a boardroom, parking lot, or on the shop floor… everyone is talking about it and many are working hard to find solutions.

Edge Factor empowers communities with story-driven tools to tackle workforce development, inspire students, reach parents and bridge relationships. We are excited to invite you to attend a Stakeholders Meeting and discover how the St. Joseph Chamber is partnering with Edge Factor to equip our community with inspirational videos and activities to launch a customized, local workforce development strategy and build our future workforce.

Through this partnership, schools across Northwest Missouri have unlimited access to use all of Edge Factor’s tools to inspire students to explore career pathways, make STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) relevant to the real world, embrace soft skills, and so much more.

We are hosting a live event for 2000+ students, as well as creating local career profile videos for students to learn about local opportunities.
